HOW DO I GET A QUOTATION FOR MY REQUIREMENTS?
All you need to do is email us at info@gayatrifabricators.com or contact us using phone numbers on the Contact Us page on the website. We request you to kindly provide as many details as available with you such as - Material, Thickness, Quantity, CAD Drawings (or sketches, etc.to indicate the part sizes). We shall then get back to you with our estimate or queries and process your RFQ as soon as possible.
WHAT ARE THE BEST FILES TO SEND TO OBTAIN A QUOTATION?
A 1:1 in drawing file in mm in formats such as .dwg, .dxf, and or .cdr are perfect and allow us to quote quicker as these files can be imported directly into our quoting software. However, we can also work with sketches, Pdf's, Jpegs provided they have relevant dimensions noted to enable us to draw the items on CAD softwares.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?
It depends on the quantum of work involved. We do offer same day delivery in case of extremely urgent and small quantities. However, in general, orders generally take 5-15 working days from date of payment to process
WHAT IF I HAVE AN URGENT ORDER?
We do offer a Fast Track Cutting and Bending service wherein we can offer delivery in 1-2 working days; However it depends on the urgency and is done in special cases only.
WHAT MATERIALS CAN YOU CUT?
We have Lasers to cut sheet metals including Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Aluminium, Brass, Copper, Bronze, Zintec, Galvanised Steel, Hardox Plates, Corten and Titanium.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER CHARGE?
No we have no minimum order quantity or spend, but unit prices will reduce on higher quantities.
CAN I HAVE A SAMPLE?
Yes, we do provide a sample made from your artwork for you to submit to your clients. There is a minimum charge involved as we need to setup and prepare CAD files for you. If you then proceed with the volume order then we credit part of this payment against the quantity order.
DO YOU HOLD ALL MATERIALS IN STOCK?
Yes we generally keep the most commonly used materials in stock and receive next day deliveries from our suppliers.
CANNOT USE CAD SOFTWARE - CAN FABRICATORS INDIA PREPARE THE CAD FILES?
Yes we do have capacity to prepare CAD files and can do so on request.
DOES FABRICATORS INDIA OFFER OTHER SERVICES?
Apart from Laser Cutting and Bending, we can also offer Welding and Fabrication, Powder Coating, Finish Painting, Hot Dip Galvanizing, Tapping and Countersinking. We constantly endeavour to provide our clients with the best and most of services as we can in order to offer them a one-stop shop.
HOW CAN I PAY IF I WANT TO PROCEED WITH A QUOTATION?
We accept payments only by Cheque or Net Banking / NEFT / RTGS.
CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN MATERIAL?
Yes, we do accept client material for laser cutting and fabrication.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT MY ITEMS TO BE LIKE?
Parts will be laser cut and we guarantee no burr on material. We can also supply pre-polished stainless steel sheets, and offer extra services for finishing such as powder coating, painting, zinc coating, etc.
